Adam Royal

After years of working in every creative media possible, starting with song writing and singing to stylist and designing his own fashion range, Adam decided to finally pursue his greatest dream: acting. That was when he auditioned for his first role.

The character involved playing the support lead, a junkie in Bill Mousoulis' AFC funded feature Blue Notes.

Adam's performance in this film and the great challenge of this role set the building stone for a promising acting career. His highly acclaimed portrayal of Jasper, the tormented drug addict who is desperately trying to fit in and hold on to life brought Adam the Best Supporting Actor Award at the Melbourne Underground Film Festival 2006.

Many people in the industry were amazed with his acting ability and, while still filming on the set of Blue Notes he got offered roles in two further features to be shot the following year.

At present, Adam counts numerous productions of feature films, TV series and short films to his CV.

Apart from acting, Adam is still very involved in the fashion industry, loves the outdoors, especially surfing which he does at a professional level. He runs regularly, enjoys keeping fit and loves spending time with his two Blue Healer dogs, Cora and Tara.
