Emily is an actor, singer, performance maker and theatre teacher. Specialising in improvisation, comedy and cabaret she recently joined the cast of Spontaneous Broadway, performing at The Arts Centre in the 2011 International Comedy Festival. Her one woman show Hello You won the 2010 Green Room Award for Innovative Use of Form after three successful seasons at The Butterfly Club, The Sydney Fringe and This Is Not Art Festival and features in the upcoming 2011 Cabaret Festival.
A graduate of The University of New South Wales with Honours in Theatre and
Film, Emily has appeared in numerous theatre productions, short films,
commercials and television series’ and has worked as an improvisational
actor in corporate and educational environments.

Emily’s extensive theatre credits include Between Today and Tomorrow, Family Running For Mr Whippy and Farmyard (VCA), The Tempest (Epicentre), The Girl Who Wanted to be God (Theatreworks), Three Oaks (La Mama) His Tattooed Fist (Short and Sweet) and An Air Balloon Across Antarctica (Melbourne Fringe). Television credits include NAB "The Break Up" TVC, Arnott’s “Aussie As” TVC, Foodworks TVC, Latina Fresh TVC, and the first season of Underbelly. A singer, violinist and percussionist in Melbourne band Plastic Palace Alice, Emily also teaches and directs youth theatre productions with First Impressions Youth Theatre, Dramatime, G.A.T.E.Ways and Melbourne Theatre Company
