Mary Little

Mary started her acting career at a very young age. After graduating from the Drama School at Melbourne University Conservatorium, Mary dedicated most of her time to her great passion: the theatre. Over the past fifty years, she has been involved in many aspects of theatre, television and film work.

She performed in many professional and amateur theatre productions, covering a vast variety of roles and characters. Recently, Mary appeared in plays such as “The Road to Mecca” by Athol Fugard, for which she won the Best Actress Award in the Victorian Drama League Awards and was nominated for the Best Actor in Williamstown Little Theatre Awards, “An Ideal Husband” by Oscar Wilde, “The Shifting Heart” By Richard Benyon and “A Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur” by Tennessee Williams which brought her another Best Supporting Actor Award in Williamstown Little Theatre Awards, only to name a few.

Mary appeared in various famous Australian series such as Neighbours and Blue Heelers, and has worked on a number of independent films and commercials such as “AFL” or “National Australia Bank”. She has a vast experience in corporate and training videos and being also a graduate of the Associate Art of Speech of Australia, she has completed a considerable amount of voice over work on various occasions. Due to her immaculate speech and voice range as well as her flexibility she was cast in roles that required various accents such as English, American, Italian, French and German only to name a few.

Mary is a very active person, her hobbies including drawing, and Thai Chi. She enjoys being part of the Williamstown Little Theatre where she continues to perform.
